Poha – Influence ‘India’

Hello, here is the receipe to a very common breakfast across Indian states – its called Poha.

You will need –

Oil, flattened rice, onion, potato, peanuts, salt, mustard seeds, curry leaves, peas, ginger, turmeric powder

Method –

Soak flattened rice in water and keep aside.

Put oil in the pan. Then mustard seeds, onion, curry leaves, ginger, peas, potato cubes and saute them. Put turmeric powder and salt. After that drain water from flattened rice and add that to the pan. Mix all ingredients and cover the pan  for 4-5 mins.

Serve with lemon and cheese!!!
